Who We Are
Merali Fellowship is located in Viola Colony. Believers in Nepali Kashiram and other nearby areas once attended worship at Lengrijan Fellowship, but the growing number of Ao Christian families by the mid-1980s made the need for a fellowship of their own clear.
A prayer cell began on June 16, 1990, under Mr. M. Panger (Longjang). In 1992, the church bought a plot of land with a building, later refitted as a church, and Merali Fellowship was declared open across four colonies, with Mr. Kika Jamir as its first full-time pastor.
